306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: There is an accumulation of dirt, food, and grease on the floor under equipment. Shelves require cleaning. Walk in cooler - wooden shelves are becoming worn with areas of mold growth.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean entire premises, including the floor along floor wall junctions, under equipment, shelves, walk in cooler, etc. All surfaces, such as shelves in the walk in cooler, must be impervious to moisture and clean. Repair water leak under hand sink.
