- Stand-up cooler at 3'C
- Stand-up freezer at -19'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
*NOTE: under-counter drawer coolers are currently under repairs. No food observed stored in these drawers during inspection
