Small amount of food splatter observed on the undererside of shelving directly above food preparation surfaces. Corrective Action(s): Clean wire rack shelving Clean floor in hard to reach areas Clean underside of shelving daily. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Caulking observed to be mouldy at the 3 compartment sink Front display cooler observed to be borderline at 4 to 5c.
