Observation: * Non food stuff and food stuff being stored through out kitchen and storage areas and not sanitary. This can lead to cross contamination. Personal items were being stored with food stuff (eg. purses/cell phones, etc) This is unsanitary and cross contamination issue
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas are properly organized and keep non food stuff stored away from food stuff to reduce risk of cross contamination. Remove personal items from food areas and stored in back away from food stuff.

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found through out kitchen and storage areas that requires immediate cleaning attention. Kitchen and storage areas must be maintained in sanitary condtion
Corrective Action(s): * Remove all build up of grime/debris from all areas with build up and maintain in sanitary condition. Reorganize all storage areas too

Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all staff wear proper attire and hair protection while on shift/handling food to reduce risk of contamination
