- Walk-in freezer at -10'C (all food observed frozen)
- Sandwich coolers (top and bottom) at or below 4'C
- Under-counter preparation coolers (X2) at or below 4'C
- Milk dispensing coolers at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units at or above 60'C
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in pails with wiping cloths (X5) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site
