Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found wiping rags in 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Was advised rags were in soap and bleach water. Do not mix soap and chlorine bleach for sanitizer. Use only 1 tsp per litre water in bucket for the sanitizer.

Observation: Found duct tape long edge of counter tops, cooler doors and on other pieces of equipment
Corrective Action(s): Duct tape is not a food grade material and is not easily cleanable nor durable. Remove all duct tape and repair counters, cooler seals, and broken equipment as necessary to ensure all surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable and of a food grade material.

- Upright cooler in front was 2 C
- Under counter cooler was 0 C
- 2 door coolers in back were 1 C
- Freezer was - 17C
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Chlorine bleach is on site for sanitizing.
REMINDER: manual ware washing is 1: wash with soap and water, 2: rinse soap off, 3: soak in chlorine sanitizer for 2 minutes (do not add soap), 4: air dry
- General sanitation is satisfactory
