Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher unable to dispense sanitizer during the final rinse cycle. 0 ppm of chlorine was deteched.
Corrective Action(s): In the meantime while the dishwasher is being repaired (Refer to Code #308) staff is to manually wash dishes in the 3 compartment sink following these steps:
1. Wash with detergent 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize with 200 pm Quats (from sink dispenser) 4. Air Dry

Routine Inspection Conducted:
- Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer spray bottles measured at 200 ppm
- Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4 C or below
- Prep freezer and walk in freezer at -18C or below
- Temperature records are available digitally and maintained daily
- Hot held products at 60C or above
- Food stored 15 cm/6 in off ground, protected from contamination, and labelled with dates
- Ice machine is maintained in sanitary conditions, scoops are stored outside of ice
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Active pest control measures in place with monthly visits from pest control professional
- Storage area is kept clean and well organized
- Observed staff practicing proper hand hygiene and wearing clean uniforms
- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory
