308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1. Front of house far left dumping sink clogged and full of water and coffee. Sink covered with tray and is noted out of order. Sink has been serviced recently however repairs not satisfactory and requires additional service.
2. Back of house staff door area handsink has a constant slow flow of water even when faucet is turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sinks are functioning properly - draining completely and water is able to be shut off completely when knobs are turned off.
1. De-clog dumping sink at FOH.
2. Repair BOH handsink

QUATS sanitizer at dispenser is at 200 ppm and in sanitizer buckets through out facility, test strips available. Buckets replenished every 2 hours
No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - Pest control reports reviewed for Sept & Nov 2019 - no pest concerns noted
*PC recommendation: clean up any spills under racks to prevent attracting pests.
General sanitation satisfactory
*Unable to find Oct 2019 report - reports are hole punched and placed in binder - recommend placing reports in envelope in binder to keep from losing reports.

Previous inspection violations corrected:
1. Hole in wall sealed behind dishwasher, wall left of ice cap machine and tile replaced on left lower side wall of 3 comp sink.
2. All plastic lids appear to be in good condition - no cracks or damage noted during inspection
3. Ceiling light fixture covers in place through out facility
