C -Updated Sanitation plan received -High temperature dishwasher measured 51 deg. C for rinse cycle on gauge. Repair the dishwasher so it is capable of operating and rinsing dishware at 82 deg. C at the rinse gauge. Health Approval NOT granted at this time.
