Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations (front and at 3-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (walk-in, sandwich prep and beverage) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory.
Hot holding (soup and meatballs) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.Sink plugs available.
- Concentration for QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
