- No accumulation of food debris observed in the walk in cooler and under shelves.
- Chef stated they deep clean the floors once a week and the rolling racks once every two weeks.
- As this is a busy kitchen, please ensure sanitation is well maintained especially for high touch surfaces.
Note:
- Bar area has lots of syrup build up. Please deep clean to ensure pest are not attracted to the area, especially ants.
