Leave your utensils in a clean and sanitary location
Either place a knife holder (like a magnetic strip) at the bar or leave the knife in a washable container
Leave the cleaver on your magnetic wall strips as you have in the kitchen

Corrective Action(s): Labels are insufficient: At minimum there should be Restaurant Name, Phone Number, Address, Ingredients

Bar area is cluttered and disorganized:
-personal coffee cup there
-knife used for cutting lemons in a plastic bag
-used disposable gloves on counter
Corrective Action(s): Clean, degrease and disinfect under the WHOLE cooking line nightly

Organize, clean and sanitize the bar counters
No eating/drinking in food preparation areas
Do not leave utenisils in unsanitary areas -after use put in dishwasher, leave clean utensils in washable buckets
Throw out disposable gloves after use
