Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - ensure food prep sink and handwashing sink are not used interchangeably
- sanitizer in spray bottle measured 200ppm chlorine
- sanibucket has been emptied (break between lunch and dinner); wiping cloths in sink have chlorine residue from being placed in sanitizer during operation
- two upright coolers in kitchen area for dry storage only, not operational at time of inspection
- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle

Temperatures:
- prep cooler (top is not being used): 3C
- under counter cooler: 4C
- chest freezer: -22C
- bar freezer: -31C
- bar coolers: 4C
