Floor and under-counter spaces have been cleaned to remove mice droppings. Several new glue and snap traps have been placed throughout the premises. No droppings seen in the dry storage area. Clean the following areas daily to discourage mice harborage and eliminate the food source. 1. Floor underneath the double sink and dishwasher to remove build up 2. Remove the dough mixer to clean the spilled flour 3. Monitor daily for presence of droppings. New food-grade brushes have been purchased for garlic oil mixture.
