Comments

General sanitation is very good. Handwashing stations are stocked with soap and paper towel. Temperature of the upright cut vegetable display unit was too warm 60F. It was 37F at the last check today (as noted on the log sheet). Temperature dropped after the plastic curtain was pulled down. Please remember to lowered it after taking items out to keep the cold air in. Temperature of other cold and hot holding units are satisfactory. Concentration of sanitizer is satisfactory.
