Routine inspection: Display cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Yogurt stored in stainless steel container then submerged in ice bath. Internal food product temperature at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer at -17 degrees C. Dipper well in use. Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Sliding glass door cooler and upright glass door cooler both at or below 4 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C. 200ppm quats available for use in container. 3 compartment sink recently drained and cleaned. Sanitize sink refilled and setup with 200ppm quats for sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit to operate posted in front area. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
