Observation: The undercounter cooler behind the sandwich prep cooler was still measured at 13C at the time of the inspection. The operator stated that the technician will be called in tomorrow to fix the cooler. No food items were stored inside the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Fix or replace the noted cooler. Ensure that this cooler maintains temperature < or = 4C at ALL times. Do not store any food items inside this cooler. Label as "not in order".

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inaccurate thermometer inside the undercounter cooler. This thermometer measures from 50C upwards.

- Mouse droppings have been cleaned and contact surfaces sanitized.
- Clutter has been removed from the dry storage area. Keep this receiving area clean as pest issue has been isolated in this area.
- Daily temperature log is kept up to date.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
