Observation: Fruuit flies observed in back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Numerous fruit flies observed in back storage room, especailly under shelving that faces the door of the storage room. Food storage is limited in this room (ice cream freezer). Premise is serviced by a professional pest control company at least once per month for mice and fruit flies. Fruit fly trap was present in the storage room. Check to make sure area/floor under the shelving unit is clean to help control flies.

Observation: Door seal on Danby cooler in front service area is damage.
Corrective Action(s): Replace damaged seal to ensure foods are kept at 4 degree C or less. Temperature in cooler was at 4 degrees C at time of inspection.
