Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ARNQLV - Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer at 200 ppm - Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine and 43 degrees C at utensil surface - Ice machine is in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely. - Knives are not being stored in the space between the prep cooler and counter. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
