General sanitation - good. Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Cooler at 4.0 C; Food is stored safely at the time of inspection (organized & covered). Freezer at -18 C; Insert thermometers - available; Cold units are equipped with working thermometers. High temperature dishwasher achieved 78.7 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution. Dry storage - organized; Utensils and equipment are stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
