Routine Inspection conducted today.
Premise have finished dining room renovations. All surfaces are observed to be of non-porous material, easily cleanable.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Test strips on-site.
Beverage cooler, under counter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Ice cream basins measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer, and stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments time tracked with date being disposed of. Chopped vegetable has a shelf life of 4 hours under room temperature indicated on the time stamp.
Ice machines in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

The following violations have been corrected from report#JCHY-CD7RXV:
-Handwashing sink aerator next to the ice cream machine have been serviced.
-Built-up syrup underneath the soft drink dispenser in the back storage area have been cleaned.
-Built-up of debris underneath the shelving units in the back storage areas observed to be satisfactory.

NOTE: De-clutter the dry storage area to prevent pest harbourage.
