311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Flooring and shelving around dishwashing sink is deteriorating and allowing water to seep in through the cracks (foul odour and some flies in this area). Water splashes onto the floor when dishwashing due to lack of containment around sinks. Corrective Action(s): Address flooring (replace/repair) and/or place splashboards around sink (to reduce the amount of water on the floors) in the next six months. Failure to do so may result in a correction order. Violation Score: 3

Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CLAR97 Temperature of cooler was at 4 C or below. Dishwashing area still had a few flies but overall kept in a dryer condition. On and off foul odour in dishwashing area. See above violation. Clean in the corner of the dishwashing area - there is a build up of gunk.
