*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report. *Plumbing has been changed: operators state hot water for dishwasher now provided by booster heater under sinks only. No connection between main hot water tank and dishwasher - this should reduce load on main tank. *Dishwasher still provided adequate water temperatures for detergent and sanitizer action. *Hot water available during inspection at hand and dish sinks. *Closure order rescinded - restaurant can now be reopened to the public. *Ensure hot water is always available while the restaurant is open - repeat violations will result in progressive enforcement measures being taken. *Dishwasher sanitizer levels must be tested twice daily to ensure consistency.
