Routine inspection and informed dining inspection conducted. All cooler units less than 4C and equipped with thermometers. Hot holding of soup greater than 60C. Freezer at -18C High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at plate level. General sanitation satisfactory. No pest activity noted. Quats sanitizer at 200ppm. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. Hand washing station satisfactory.
