Follow up Inspection - Walk in cooler repainted - wooden shelves in the dry storage area repainted - general sanitation has improved. Continue cleaning regularly - 50 ppm Cl detected in the rinse cycle. The bucket is almost empty. Keep a close eye on the chemical buckets and change as needed.
