Observation: Ice machine had black residue (top) and pink mold (sides) of interior surface.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the ice and clean the interior and exterior of machine as per manufacturer's instructions.

Comments

- General sanitation of premises satisfactory. Ensure shelving areas under the front counter are cleaned regularly. Operator indicated they are getting quotes for getting the floors under the grill and fryer will be cleaned. The keg room room had some black residues from beer spill onto the floor and should be cleaned.
- Hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel at all handwashing sinks (3)
- Coolers were 4C or colder.

-Quats sanitizers at 200ppm. 1 bottle was 100ppm but was remixed to 200ppm.
- No signs of current pest activity at the time of the inspection. Invoice from pest control company provided (last service date Jan 8, 2019) and contract for service monthly as per operator.
-Operator indicated all staff have valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate or equivalent.
