Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed fruit flies in bar area and cleaning required at bar
Corrective Action(s): Ensure every night the bar is cleaned and bleached. Remove all ice and thoroughly sanitize the area. This will help to prevent pests from harbouring in this area.

Several bins housing clean equipment required cleaning at time of inspection. Be sure to rotate these bins routinely to maintain equipment in a clean and sanitary manner
Ensure scoops in bulk bins are stored handle up and that lids are closed after use
Hand sink in dishwashing area requires thorough cleaning at tap
Be sure to maintain temperature and dishwasher logs

Hand washing sinks equipped in kitchen, prep areas and employee bathrooms
Quats sanitizer at 200ppm - ensure all prep areas are equipped with a spray bottle or sani bucket
All temperatures met health requirements at time of inspection
All units have interior thermometers
Staff are appropriately dressed in clean uniforms
Dishwasher tested at 73.4C at plate's surface during the rinse cycle
General organization in kitchen and storage areas is good
