Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature washer not reaching minimum rinse temperatures.
At plate temperature checks:
1st cycle 66 deg C
2nd cycle 68 deg C
3rd cycle 69 deg C

Also verified with a thermolabel which showed no colour change at the 65.6 deg C level

No Daily Temperature Monitoring checks are being maintained as well.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to have the unit serviced immediately. Operator called repairman coming later today.

Operator to Manually Wash in the meantime -setup a bleach sanitizer solution at 2-compartment sink as per Manual Wash sign
