Follow up inspection: The back storage area is organized. Items that are not in use are removed. All items are 15cm off the floor. Sanitation greatly improved in the back area. Under the counter cooler behind the front line is serviced. Ambient air temperature was measured at 4C. No sign of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. COVID 19 follow up inspection was conducted. Checklist sent via email.
