Comments

Routine inspection:

- All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- 200 ppm quats available in sanitizer buckets and are replaced every 2 hours
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface
- Walk-in coolers had a temperature of 4C or less
- Upright freezer had a temperature of -18C
- Food storage practices were adequate
- All hot holding units had a temperature of 60C or above
- Sandwich preparation cooler could not achieve 4C at the time of inspection due to the heat wave - Food items were being cooled with the cooler plus ice to be 4C or less. *Ensure to change the ice frequently in order to maintain 4C in the display cooler*
- All managers and assistant managers have FOODSAFE Level 1
- No pest activity was noted during inspection
- Other than the dry storage area, the rest of the facility was maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
