Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked pork observed inside unplugged rice cooker at 48 Degrees Celsius.
Operator indicated that it was left there for half an hour
Correction: Reheat the pork to 74 Degrees Celsius then hot held at above 60 Degrees Celsius, ensure the food is not left at room temperature for more than 2 hours

- Chest freezer at top floor storage area at -22 Degrees Celsius
- Rice was hot held at > 60 Degrees Celsius
- Handsink well equipped and have handsoap. paper towel and hot /cold water
