Temperature:
- Freezer #1 was below -18C during inspection

- Cooler #1 was below 4C during inspection

- Under counter cooler was below 4C during inspection
- Under counter freezer was below -18C during inspection
- Front cooler was below 4C during inspection
- (Too High) Coffee cooler was above 4C during inspection, probed at 8.7C
- Hot holding was above 60C, probed at 82.4C
- Thermometers were present in all coolers / freezers

Sanitation & Maintenance:

- Dry storage was in good order and food products 6-inches above ground
- No signs of pests during inspection
