Follow up inspection conducted: Surface sanitizer (bleach and water) in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual Liquid soap available at handsink Walk in cooler has been repaired, no more leak Cookie cutting machines are clean but as discussed, their design is not easy to take apart and cannot be washed/rinsed/sanitized in the 3 comp sink. Will follow up regarding these 2 machines and their proposed use. Currently, the operator cleans them in place using a sponge and water/soap, and the follows that with a bleach water sanitizer.
