Health permit posted in visible location. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot holding for meatballs was above 60 deg C. Sandwich line cooler: Top - deli meats was at 3-4 deg C; veggies was at 4 deg C; Bottom - temp. was at or below 4 deg C Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Operator (Jasbir) has valid Food Safe 1- expiry 2023 (took refresher online). Staff hygiene was satisfactory (clean uniform and hair restraint). Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. All food items were protected from contamination. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Ensure pest control monitoring in place. General sanitation was satisfactory (floors, counter tops and equipment were clean and free of debris). Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
