3) Walkin cooler has buns which have fallen onto the floor
Corrective Actions: 1) Clean vent panels at least once per 2 weeks between service dates
2) Clean syrup and check for leaks in products, discard and damaged products
3) Clean buns and discard. Ensure food is stored properly in secure packages
