A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Cooler was 4C; thermometer present; and temps recorded 2x daily. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks and platforms. - Quats sanitizer had 200ppm strength. Good. - Glasswasher had [I2] of 12.5ppm. Good. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. - No expired foods in used or for sale. FIFO rules followed. - No signs of pests. Some drain/fruit flies noticed around the glasswasher. ACTION Ensure surfaces and equipment around the glasswasher area is cleaned with hot water and soap every night, to remove food debris and standing water. The hand sink and the cupboard below it are washed every night.
