Met with new store Manager, Jeanine, and we discussed the following:
- complaint procedure ( please have public complaints documented in your communication logs since they will be a legal document )
- daily temp logs ( please record the high temp of your dishwasher in the daily temp logs )

Daily temp. logs are up to date
Quats measured at 100ppm at the front ( red bucket ) and Manager explained that it is turn to change the sanitizer as it has been replenished every 2 hours. - Thank you
Quats test strips are available
High temperature dishwasher reached 184F at the final rinse
Ice machine is clean and scoop is stored outside the ice storage area
Back storage area/janitorial area - very well organized, clean and free of pest
Public washroom - very well maintained
At least one Food Safe certified person/food handler is available per shift
