Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous foods (aka mayo / egg products) are stored at or below 4 C. Relocate to cooler unit if under 4 hours above 4 C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handsink blocked by upside down garbage can and dishwasher tray.

4. Around window and surfaces in tempura prep area - food debris
