Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Trays of food were stored on top of the warming unit, as there was not enough space for the inserts. These foods measured approximately 40C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
- Foods were voluntarily discarded by staff at the time of inspection
- The warming unit is not large enough for all the types of food available for sale; your menu must be limited to the capacity of your warming unit
- Foods must be displayed for sale at 60C or hotter at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken and ramen stored in the handwashing sink.

Please be aware that any exisiting certificates obtained before July 29, 2013 will expire on July 29, 2018. Refresher courses are available through Fraser Health.
