Ensure this is being used for the purpose of sanitizing. - Prep cooler repairs are in progress. Service reports available. Ensure potentially hazardous foods (meat, dairy, chopped vegetables and fruits) are not stored in this cooler for more than 2 hours. - Call the health inspector for a re-inspection once the cooler has been completely repaired.
