Follow up Inspection - walk in freezer requires further cleaning - walk in cooler shelves will be pressure washed and painted. Walk in cooler floor requires further cleaning. - Provide more lighting in the walk in cooler and ensure all lights are functional and provided with light covers in the kitchen - 50 ppm Cl solution available in the rinse cycle of the dishwasher. test strips purchased - no garbage bags in use at the time of inspection
