All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees C. at the plate surface. Bleach water bottle measured 100 PPM chlorine residual. Soup in warmer measured greater than 60 degrees C at time of inspection.
