Routine inspection - Hand washing station is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Line coolers are at or below 4C. Food in inserts stored properly and kept below 4C. - Upright freezer measured at -18C. Temperature monitoring log maintained for all cooling units. - Three-compartment sink maintained. Sanitizer QUAT measured at 200-400 ppm concentration and available in spray bottles. QUAT Test strips available. - Floor is clean and free of food debris. Mop sink maintained. - Food stored above the floor on clean counters and shelve. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Excellent work! Thank you!
