Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer was reading 10ppm at time of inspection. Food debris observed inside.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to empty and remix the solution so there is 100ppm chlorine available. Please review how to use test strips with all staffs.
