Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher measured to be at 67C and 68C on dish surface during final rinse for two runs.
Corrective Action(s): Premises is to use single use takeout containers only (no mugs for floats).
Staff must practice alternative dishware washing:
1) Scrape Food
2) Detergent - Dishwasher
3) Rinse - Dishwasher
4) Sanitize - Done in a sink with sanitizer solution
5) Air dry
