Mould can contaminate ice it it is not cleaned. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Correction: Drain the ice machine and clean + sanitize all surfaces. Continue cleaning the ice amchine every 2 weeks and ensure that all areas are addressed to prevent mould growth. )
