Outstanding items: -The front buffet hand washing sink is not working. Parts are currently on special order. Discussed which hand washing sink will be used temporarily with the operator. Call Fraser Health when it is repaired and working properly. Corrected items: The bar prep cooler was removed and a new one will be ordered. Discussed cooling procedures for the beef roast.
