Ice machine has been professionally cleaned and sanitized - good Sanitizer solution measured 100 ppm chlorine - good High temperature dishwasher was on and operational at the time of inspection - good Personal handheld mixer was replaced (no longer covered in tape) - good Determined facility that was being used to produce HMC Monster Protein Bites. Products had not received health approval to operate. All HMC Monster Protein Bites on site have been taken off HOLD and now must be sent back to supplier or destroyed. The products are from an unapproved source and is not permitted to be dispensed for public consumption. Note: it is the operator's responsibility to ensure that all products offered to the public on site are from an approved source. Operator must exercise due diligence when obtaining products to sell on site. Previously issued correction order is partially rescinded. The correction order still stands to obtain all foods on site from an approved source.
