Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 252755 of Jun-03-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1. The meat slicer observed to have food grime inside the cracks and crevices. 2. Operator stated that the three-compartment sink is not in use because there is a small leak. Operator is using a two-compartment sink to do all their dishes for the time being. Correction: 1. Please take it apart and clean and sanitize. To be corrected by 11-June-2021. 2. Please continue to use the three-compartment sink as the leak is not significant. → Please fix the leak. To be corrected by 11-June-2021.

Previously noted violations were corrected. - All coolers were below 4C - All freezers were measured at -18C - Ice machine was cleaned. - Soap dispenser was installed for the hand sink compartment. - Cold storage of food was measured at 4C. - Meat slicer was cleaned - Premise was clean and no other issues noted.
