Observation: Significant debris and dust build up behind the ice machine/domestic cooler/freezer combo and in the corner where the undercounter cooler is located.

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Two compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach solution.
- High temperature achieved 80C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket at 100ppm bleach solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
